Tapecoating
We offer tape coating using different products.
Tape coating is used as corrosion prevention, with tape being wound around underground or underwater pipelines, containers and technical facilities.
It uses a self-curing tape which, thanks to the overlapping layers, encloses the pipe, forming a fully sealed sleeve which, due to its layered structure, alternating between butyl rubber and PE film, is extremely robust in the face of mechanical stress.
The sleeve-like diffusion-proof enclosure is impermeable to electrolytes, water vapour, oxygen and carbon dioxide, and provides superior bacterial and microbial resistance for buried pipelines.
Tape coating reliably protects metallic objects from corrosion in accordance with the most stringent requirements of the DIN 30672 standard, load class C.
Our employees are certified in various tape coating systems and have many years of experience.
